Once we've confirmed the items you've selected are available we will prepare and email you an itemised confirmation invoice.
This invoice will show the additional cost to be paid by you for protective packaging and recorded/registered delivery. To minimise these costs, post and packing is calculated on the cost of sending, where possible, your total order in the same package.
NOTE: If you wish to pay in any other currency, please enter the selected currency in the space provided on the order e-mail form. We will calculate the cost in that currency and will show it on your invoice. However, please note that we will be obliged to add the equivalent of an extra £5 in sterling as this is what our bank charges us for converting your currency payment into sterling.
We've tried to describe each item accurately but if you're unhappy with the item once you've received it, then simply return it and we will instantly refund your money. No questions asked.
